Mrs. Sandra S. Harper – Executive Managing Director & C.E.O.

Sandra S. Harper is a Member and Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
She is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Barbados (ICAB), and she is currently a member of the ICAB Tax Committee.
She is also a certified Chartered Secretary from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. Mrs. Harper holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and Law (Upper-Second Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies, and a M.B.A. in Business Administration from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. Mrs. Harper started her professional career at the Central Bank of Barbados, where she spent 10 years working in the Banking & Currency Dept., Internal Audit and Bank Inspection.

Mrs. Harper also garnered experience in the Petroleum Industry, working at Texaco, Chevron and Rubis for 29 years. She started as a Financial Analyst, working in the areas of Treasury, Insurance and Finance. Her responsibility progressed regionally to Tax and Fixed Assets Manager, where she managed an extensive portfolio of companies operating in Barbados, and the Eastern Caribbean locations, of Antigua, Grenada, St. Kitts, St. Lucia,
St. Vincent, Dominica, Montserrat, along with Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname, and St. Maarten.
